Arthur Stout was the head of the [[Stout family]] from 604 AU to 655 AU when he was executed by Emperor [[Juilus Narvineous]] during the incident at [[Avo]]. He was one of the key members who helped the family find gold within the [[White Hills]]. Later, he was a key benefactor in Count [[Lance Wymund]]'s rise to power in the Court of Nobles, though he, like his family, was not aware of Wymund's true motives. When Wymund "died" he obeyed his wishes and aided [[Mary the Mute]] in her rise to power. However, this alliance was eventually his family's undoing and most of them were executed following the fall of the Emperor.
